To appoint us as accountant and tax agent, please complete the appropriate checklist, date, sign and return to tax@omegaca.com.au

• New Sole Trader
• New Company, Partnership or Trust

Proof of Identity             

Please note that it is now an ATO requirement that we conduct Proof of Identity checks for all new clients.  We will ask to see at least one piece of current photo identification OR two pieces of current primary documents. We may use a third party to provide this service on our behalf.
